When purchasing at coffeepixels.com you automatically accept the terms and conditions stipulated below. Consequently, we recommend that you read the terms through carefully before purchasing.

You can choose to pay either with your PayPal account, or a credit card via Swipe.
You do not need a PayPal account to purchase at our online store, but you do need a valid email address and credit card. All prices are stated in Euro and includes VAT.
In order to purchase products at coffeepixels.com you must fill in your personal information and payment information. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. When your purchase has been accepted and the article is registered in our stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation stating your personal parcel number/ tracking number, so you can always track your order. You will only be charged when the order has been sent.

We ship to wherever you are, but for faster and easier delivery we suggest that you use a business address for delivery.
The delivery guidelines below are approximations and not a guarantee of delivery within the stated time.
- 2-4 days (Latvia)
- 5-7 days (Europe)
- 7-10 days (Rest of the world)
Please note that when shipping to outside of Europe the order will have to go through the customs authority for clearance - this is not included in the approximate delivery time.
All goods are sent from Latvia, Riga can be shipped worldwide. Freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay.
We ship all international orders as parcel post which makes it possible to trace the parcel. We carefully pack goods in protective boxes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition.
To reduce the freight charges we ship all international orders as regular mail.
Return & exchanges
Articles bought from coffeepixels.com are fully returnable within 30 days upon receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and expense, and is to be handled by you. After this you have 30 days to return the goods.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you wish to return your order, please contact us by email with your order number and the reason for returning. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back the goods, and we will provide you with directions for return. Please note that expense for the return shipment is paid by you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Rigas iela 79, Baldone, LV-2125, Latvia.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rigas iela 79, Baldone, LV-2125, Latvia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Coffeepixels trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established consumer laws of The Republic of Latvia. Complaints can be made in accordance with the established rules. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). In other words only Shopify payment gateway system has access to your data. It is not possible neither for Coffeepixels nor any other unauthorized entity to see or read data, which is exchanged in connection with the purchase. At Coffeepixels your personal contact information is 100% confidential, and we guarantee that no unauthorized persons will have access to it.
Customs duty and VAT
If you order from a EU country you pay Latvian VAT, but no customs duty in accordance with the rules of free movement of goods. Local taxes and duties may apply, in which case the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs.
